Caregivers are taken through a rigorous check by Unoshift to ensure they meet the necessary requirements to offer care. Verifications including ID check, right to work, DBS, employment and reference checks are thoroughly examined to ensure caregivers have the necessary documents and experience to perform their duties. Unoshift also ensures that a full health declaration form is signed by the caregivers.
